I like the places you went too. The Garden was great and beautiful. The food too! I liked when you went to a place called Mimis. I heard if the that rice krispys chicken. Some guy was on tv showing how to make it. His looked different. Like more brown. That one looked better from Mimis. Snorkeling looked fun. Loved the Gardens. Very beautiful. Thank you for this video. See you both next week. Have a great week.
We are heading to Devils Den in about 2 weeks for out first ever RV trip. Looking forward to going there. Looking forward to checking out the garden's. Thanks for sharing out your video.

Thank you Howard and Katelyn for a wonderful presentation about Devils Den and Levy county. You are a delightful couple and I appreciate what you are doing. I thought your video was very positive and enjoyable. I look forward to following your adventures and perhaps bring others here to enjoy this special spot on the earth.
Ken, we can't thank you enough for your hospitality and insight into what makes Levy county so special! It was a wonderful experience. We hope more people will visit Devil's Den and the area soon for themselves! -Howard
Those are Fiddler Crabs. The ones with one big claw are male. You can pick them up with two fingers from behind. They are everywhere in the waterside areas of my hometown of Brunswick, Georgia.
I think Scout would have LOVED to chase those crabs! 🤭🤭🤭 Great video! All amazing places and I laughed at "it's really putting the shell in shell mound" 🤣🤣🤣
Another enjoyable one, the photography looks so clear and fresh & Advanced! The drone is working I guess but like magicians you don’t have to tell your secrets 😎 did Howard eat chitlins? Mimis chicken & shrimp looked so good!!
That underwater dive looked absolutely amazing. Such a special place. Loved the turtles. Even the wee ones scurrying sideways along the path. So cute. What a natural way to use those shells. Your foody bits are always so mouthwatering...drooling as I watch. See you next week. 👍 🎥 💖 🙋♀️
Such an incredible part of Florida! We were so thankful we were able to visit and learn about the history from Ken. The turtles and little crabs were so cool! Have a wonderful week! -Katelyn
That cave and gardens looked so gorgeous! The drone footage was exceptional. And I got really excited when I saw the teaser for Key West! We are going in January! Can’t wait to see what you recommend. 😃
Shannon, thanks so much! Excited to have the drone back and working again to help share the experience. And yes, FL Keys will be some episodes you won't want to miss! 👍 -Howard
Wow, I have been to caves in OK, New Mexico etc. and scuba diving in different oceans, but did not know this type of mix existed in USA, I had heard of the one in Mexico. Interesting mix of danger and awesome. And don't say you are scuba diving alone, you did have a camera buddy. Safety first....thanks for sharing with us!
It's pretty amazing this exists here! And yes, safety first! You must always have a buddy, I just meant there were no other snorkelers down there at the moment. :) Glad you enjoyed our video, Janice! Thanks for watching! -Katelyn
Devil’s Den has been on my list! 72°F water seems warm in theory....but I prefer it in the 80s! Thanks for the suggestions of other things in the area. I don’t know what those little crabs are called, but they are all over the tidal marsh area of Robinson Preserve here in Manatee Co.
Glad it's on your list, Tara, Devil's Den is such a unique snorkeling experience! 80° sounds pretty ideal, though. 😂 Thanks as always for watching and your support! 👍 -Howard
It's definitely worth the visit! The area has lots to explore which makes for a great weekend trip as well. Katelyn wasn't kidding, she's had Devil's Den on her list for years! 👍 -Howard
thanks Nomads for your videos. Came across your channel while checking out Banff Park. This is our first year with our motorhome and looking forward to exploring the US and Canada. We have a Labradoodle. what suggestions do you have for being able to explore where dogs are not permitted? We have been taking turns babysitting our boy while the other goes off to explore.
Peter, glad you found us and great question! We put together an entire episode on how we travel with our 3 dogs, and specifically how we keep them safe while exploring. Happy to answer any and all questions and we're so glad you're along for the journey! 👍 -Howard th-cam.com/video/B6s0Zn3wi1I/w-d-xo.html
Hey! I booked the second to last spot on a Sunday in September. Do you think it’ll be super crowded then? Also do you know how many people are in a snorkel group?
Caitlin was so beautiful last week, when you shared her concern for Scout. I hope Scout is feeling good. Now, I'm an RN and I was wondering if you both would share your vaccine with us. I think it would help more people be feel more comfortable with getting the shot or shots if they saw people they know and trust get vaccinated.
Lisa, thanks so much! We did share it several weeks ago on our official Instagram and FB pages, but will also look into including it in one of our episodes. The challenge was the FEMA site didn't allow any photos or videos onsite (except for a cute photo spot they setup as you're leaving). We are proud to do our part! 👍
Hey JP, if you have permission from the ownership group (like we did), then yes! Regardless of location, you should always ask permission in advance when flying on private property. 👍 -Howard
Hi! The water was cool but not cold. I was comfortable in a bathing suit vs needing a wet suit. Hope you have a great time, it's definitely worth a visit!

How do you always find the best food around? Looks like a new toad behind the RV.
This was definitely thanks to Ken pointing us in her direction! SO GOOD!
Also, we've had the green CR-V since January 2020. :)
Can you fly a drone here?
Hey JP, if you have permission from the ownership group (like we did), then yes! Regardless of location, you should always ask permission in advance when flying on private property. 👍 -Howard

We have visited some but the water is too cold
