Those hidden turrets for your core are unreal
Watching Tokyo's defense is like taking a masterclass on Rust PVP. The only time I saw that Tokyo seemed even a little panicked is when he threw that grenade and it didn't go through the gap and almost blew himself up.
Besides you’re insane defense skills, what always amazes me is how while things are half blown up and the air is full of smoke you still know exactly what and where every piece of the base needs to go.
Tokyo just sitting naked in the snow watching the raid base get built is just pure art and madness. You can feel his grin getting wider as they start to prepare to raid him. Goosebumps.
Yea the nerve to just sit and wait while they build a fortress! I was like "Aww shit here we go again!"
If you don't let them build then they will just offline you

i’ve barely ever played rust and i can’t cause i don’t have a pc anymore, this guy has me on the edge of my seat when i watch, he’s so good and it’s just awesome lol reminds me of when i played old rust
@@Pulko172 yeah we got screamed at on a quad server for not letting them build a raid base. We didn't even go that crazy, they were rocketing as they were trying to build the raid base, and shot like 3 incin rockets and they lost their mind and stayed up until like 2am to raid us lol

Did they get most of your stuff? Hard to tell how the base worked except to say they had no chance of taking the whole thing from you.
Na they got nothing. As soon as they entered open core they died to turrets

its easy enough to build from the videos cool base but it gets expensive on hqm i guess thats fine with hqm quarry though

Honestly I think, after watching you for awhile, that the main thing that makes me want to come back to your videos besides your skill and gameplay is the music. That song you use a lot makes it seem like such an underdog losing battle but then you usually take it back
I can't think of many things more satisfying than the multi hit marker grenade tosses from your raid defenses
What a video bro !! Just insane how good and well your bases are built. What a great way to use the grenates !! and the small peeks and turret placements are just perfekt. What a vid bro
Still one thing you are missing is turrets in the compound behind double doors that swing in with HB sensors and remote as a backup. It will force them to use explosives to remove the doors/turrets. Had this against the center building and towers around it with independent power which also daisy chained around in a circle so they all acted as backups to each other. I usually used just metal double doors but using armored double doors gives your turrets way more life in raids. Placing the HB sensors just right to cover one another, prevent spearing and people who have already climbed over so they fall in or die as they plop on the ground. This also helps against rats compound bowing your turrets down from a distance.

Artistry! Maybe the best dividend of my couple thousand hours of horsing around in Rust over the years has been as a primer for enjoying good Rust content, and year after year aitokyo is the best.
I love how you give them time to build the fob without any stress. If I was to see a fob going up I'd already be shaking cause the nerves are kicking in already
I was thinking the same thing, many would’ve tried to stop them in their tracks but then it occurred to me that he wants a true test for his base so it only makes sense to let them get fully set to give it their all.

The peek game is unrivaled. I've started building them more in my bases because of your videos but only ever get offlined 😂
This base design seemed give you better peeks against the invaders. Combined with the core turrets and grenades bouncing down on their heads, they couldn't cover all the directions.
Watching you chop raiders up with a SAW never gets old.

at the farm base raid, it would have been fun if you had taken the sulfur, replaced the tc and the wall and put down a bag. they might have recognized what had happened but it would have been worth a try

That's an amazing base design. You can move fast and freely, hidden turrets and your flanks. Also your base location was so good too idk why but i just felt like it

I remember this. Must had been 3 or 4 wipes ago. Me and my friends heard the booms, picked up our bolties and L9s and started sniping the from a distance. We gained nothing but some late night fun. Later on they came to raid our base but also failed

really interesting video. If you do another defense where you're wearing the heavy helmet consistently it might be nice to have that section of the screen zoomed in some (or making the slot of the helmet bigger)
I think Tokyo needs to add camera stations to his design. Locate the stations in maybe outter areas on all sides. That way he can sit at the seat and check the cameras. I also, think camera stations should get a code lock from developers.

Tokyo use computer station and cameras to see from different angles what is going on around the base. You can use tesla coils zones in automatic mode as well.
