was commenting while listening. The whole Shakespeare authorship question came down to who knew everything that was put into the writings and so much seemed to be about Elizabeth. Maybe there was an occult like war going on because wasn't it Robert Cecil that was pulling the Charles Stuart for king strings behind everyone's back. He was so dark his book on how to torture women to prove they are witches which set off the whole craze says enough. Liz's true family (if the evidence and rumeos are true) didn't want to give up. One of the SOF conferences with a woman was all about who was behind the coverup of who the real author of shakespeare was... she boiled it all down to Robert Cecil and his jealosy of de Vere / He was ruined after her death, Our buddy Alexander Waugh laid out the burial clues so well. Thank you!!!

Hello Alannah, Many thanks for your insight. Unfortunately the documentation of Tudor events has been carefully edited by the Cecils to record their version of events. Fortunately the literature and works of art are laden with messages, which hint at the true story. If only we could decipher them all. Kind regards David

This is certainly a masterclass in symbology and subterfuge by plausible deniability.

I love your explanations. I'm not historian but have interest in symbolism, semantics, and all that. I had a little bit of History of Art in uni which I normally slept through, but your explanations keep me alert and focused like a good thriller or a detective story. I'll come back for more. I'm also an admirer of QE I and I love learning about the mysteries of her life. Thank you.

was john dee still alive he could have been behind this... omg you just mentioned him as Im typing this....also bacon was rosicrucian and one of those behind shakespear there were heavy duty 'mystical' forces around this whole group. Shudder to think the 'rumors' in the alt community that Elibeth II isame soul so this would make sense to me if all this magic might have been a part of ritual carried forward. I know I know... cant help makes me wonder....great compelling presentation as usual David... missed you

I appreciate the amount of research that you obviously enjoy. I have watched all of your videos and find them excellent. In my humble opinion, you were getting very close when you overlaid the Rainbow Portrait over the Pregnancy Portrait! You may enjoy reading Hank Wittemore’s The Living Record, Shakespeare, Succession, and the Sonnets. Best wishes and many thanks for your Scholarship.

Hello there, My only regret is that the keepers of the Pregnancy Portrait will not not discuss the portrait or tell us what they know about it. Kind regards David

@@davidshakespeare1767 -I don’t remember if you told us who holds the portrait. Would a letter writing drive to ask them to share what they know be of any use?

Could the heart alongside the snakes mouth signify that it was given out of duplicity ?. I like your reasoning on the colorless rainbow, it makes sense.

Fascinating and enjoyable presentation of your study and conclusions. I read about Arbella's life and Beth of Hardwick's support of her. Apparently, Elizabeth kept Arbella's inheritance, Jewels entrusted to the Queen for safe keeping. I look forward to more from you, thanks for everything so far.

Also, what do you think about how the rainbow symbology has recently made quite a renaissance.... used to show support for Rockefeller medicine.......

Hello David, I am a grad student doing research on the era. I have come across some alternative ideas based regarding the title and symbolism of the "rainbow". Is there some way I could reach you in a private forum? Thank you.

The Rainbow Portrait has always been my favourite painting of any Queen.
Were all the eyes on her robe coloured brown? Perhaps resembling the person who commissioned it? Presumably John Dee had drawn up her Astrological chart, and listed which gem stones, colours and plants etc would be auspicious for her...which might explain some aspects of her costumes? You've made the picture seem even more fascinating than it was before.Thank you for listing the many symbols in it.

What about the Gnostic symbolism at play - Robert Frederick's series, The Hidden Life is Best; Francis Bacon and the Gnostic English empire - on spotify, is really excellent on this. Fantastic presentation as always, though.

Arabella Stuart put in the tower to die by her cousin the King? Are there significant writings on or by her ?
    Sounds Diabolical!
James was good at throwing Demonic shade at his opponents & rivals.
Thoroughly enjoyed both parts and will review for further learnings!!
    Thank you

Hello David! I feel like I have been in heaven watching your different videos concerning Elizabeth’s dresses in her portraits.
I watched my first show about Elizabeth I as a young girl. It was on public television in US starring Glenda Jackson. Thus began my long love affair with Elizabeth and the Tudors. I knew that some of my ancestry was British and Scottish, but not much more. My father did genealogy and found we were related to Tudor Era people via Mary Boleyn. I was SO excited and I can’t help but think that my genealogy helped explain my strong attraction/ pull to everything Tudor- esp Elizabeth I!!! I could not get enough of it and that avid interest has been with me my entire life
Thank you for such amazing work on these topics. God bless your further work.
I was privileged to have been at Hatfield House in the 70’s and saw the eyes and ears portrait. I wish they would have had a pamphlet with the information you have shared in your video so I could actually have read it when viewing the portrait in person. Have you done anything like that before??
I also had wondered what had happened to Elizabeth’s clothing until you explained about the Great Fire in London.
