We're here today to say Goodbye to 2019 and to Welcome 2020! For this very special occasion I created my first tribute dedicated to 'The Witcher' fandom. I'm aware it has gotten really popular and it should be, because it is an amazing show! I want to meet the beginning of the next decade with style and with something completely new to the channel since I am going to upload different types of tributes in the future and I hope that at least some of you will still enjoy my creations! I won't pressure myself into creating and uploading that often anymore, because I want to focus on the quality instead of quantity so that's one of the biggest goals of this channel. I relate to her so much... I have extremely severe scoliosis and I’ve wanted someone to love me without anything in return. I hope she gets her happy ending.
Me too, I have an underbite AND scoliosis! Not to mention a mean character, so... in pain we unite!
I did too. Fortunately I was able to correct it cirurgically, but it still haunts me, and the scar is still there. Some people suggested tattooing to cover it, but I won't. It'd make it look aesthetically better perhaps, but wouldn't take away all the pain the scoliosis gave me.

People focus on the fact that yennefer not only used fire magic, but survived it. But the thing that was most impressive to me was the fact that while using a magic that was completetly new to her and burning herself out in the process, she still managed to keep such control over it that she could protect her friend from the flames.

But my goodness she carries the entire show on her back. Makes me think differently of her even in the game a bit now

@@argelenor3226 Became very fond of her actually my 2nd play through of the game recently. Her and Geralt honestly fit so much better. The sarcastic snarky comments they give eachother all the time is just priceless lol. Even tho personally i'd go for Triss. Yenn is way better fit for Geralt
I actually like Yen in the game. She is complex and mysterious. In the games you dont see her backstory and why she is the way she is.
Really? I've only heard people hating her in the show and looooving her so much in the game. Never played the game, but she is by far my favourite character in the show.
Yennefer is such a great character.
Also, my favorite part of the video was the "Welcome 2020". Threw me for a loop. I got a kick out of that.

Carried the whole show, I love her backstory
Anya plays this role with such confidence, she owns every second that she is on the camera. I enjoyed the moments of Yennifer in Witcher 3 but nothing could prepare me for Anya's interpretation of the character. Super powerful, demanding and knows what she wants. I've never seen a female character played with such strength that you can't but feel she is in control of every second.
Listen Yen makes The Witcher tick period, trust me you won't change my mind....

The entire reason Yennifer is “ugly” before her transformation is 100% the hair. Obviously the jaw and the hunch back is not the most beautiful thing in the world but she was still fine.
It’s like girl just get a new hairdresser, you didn’t need to do go through all that.
For Yennifer the hunch back made her feel ugly which made her lose interest in her looks, why would she even care about the hair?

Great character who achieved her position by hard work. She very often experience close death and still she was able to overcome that and became stronger.
In the show, when she tried to kill herself.. It really got me in the feels

You mean 1:27? It actually is easy to perform. Just screaming, no light, special effects, make up. Most actors can do that. There are much harder kinds of scenes to play for an actor when only little details matter.

Plus, yen was not white after her transformation, so I don’t see what white has to do with not liking her before transformation. I personally didn’t like her that much at first because I felt like she was a bit naive and acted out on her emotions without enough logic. At the same time I did feel bad for her. I liked her more after the transformation because she took her fate in her hand and went after the things she wanted.

What does it mean??
When you pick a flower for display and decoration eventually it dies. So basically picking it is to let it die.
But also in the series they use they wilt and kill a flower in one hand to supply the sacrifice and balance to perform magic with the other (lifting a rock). The flower is beautiful, but it can be sacrificed for power. That's appears to be yennefer's goal, power at any cost or sacrifice. Just like those girls who were turned into eels to power the 'school' their sacfrices as "flowers" results in extra juice to light up the building among other things...
