  • Today our Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine(ACM) students are preparing Gan Mai Da Zao, a Chinese Herbal Formula used to ease stress and anxiety. This is a natural and holistic way to combat emotional distress.
In the SCU Health clinic, students can treat patients within their discipline. For ACM students, that means building herbal prescriptions and other Traditional Chinese treatments.

Thank you for this. Your knowledge is VERY appreciated by those who know the value of it.🕯️I am searching for information on the properties of soy products. Is there any reason why it would be so difficult to find it ? 😢

Anti-anxiety meds are far better. They are formulated for that specificly.

It depends on the person probably. I derived no benefit at all from anti-anxiety meds and had many horrible effects, but herbs helped me a lot with only weird dreams as a collateral effect

@@Loyannelima Molecules that are picked specifically to treat a problem can't be as effective as natural formulations anyway because each disorder is multifactorial and dependant on a chain of factors usually involving many seemingly unrelated functions. Like thinking anxiety is in the brain and can be treated only there would be stupid.
Ironically anxiety drugs affect many functions negatively by the way.
Plant treatments mostly have only positive side effects. Did you have fairy creatures that felt very real including after you woke up deliver some spirit message to you after you took the plants by any chance ? 😅 Happened to me with fresh hazelnuts and flowers I picked up on the side of the road once 😂
