The segment that i did took around 7 hours moving rather quick but with the proper time to take photo and video in the more interesting places , you could continue but it takes around 8 -10 hours with an additional segment
Thanks for the awesome video. Have a quick question if I may ask. Are there many exposed areas or passages without cable support that you would consider dangerous? I'm looking to do this with my 13yr old daughter, who is athletic and has some experience on mountains, but trying to get a better sense for any risk areas. Thank you very much
Hello , yes there are a few , and i wouldnt recomend this via ferrata for a first experience , as it is a verry long experience as well ...for a child i would reccomend you a shorter via ferrata , or you could consider that you can do a bit and than turn back
Nice video! Could you please answer a few simple questions? The Dolomit website says this is an 8h hike with 1600m climb. That starting 750m climb (because of the inoperational lift) was an additional distance above the 1600m climb? In what time were you able to complete the hike? Thank you!
There are 2 option, and for sure they already considerd the 750 mt climb because the site thet I've checked already was talking about the inoperational lift , u have at least one point ( that I actually used) where u can cut it short and return to your departure point without doing the whole ferrata and reach Ospitale , from where u should take a bus to reach the parking place
@@eagoba2456 yes its called ferrata Marino Bianchi and its basically the exact opposite way when u reach Rifugio Lorenzi ...its verry short compared to Ivano Dibona witch takes rough 7 h
Simply stunning … how long did the hike take you guys ✌️🙏

can this be done in combination with Monte Critallo, which do you get to first, Cristallo before Dibona?
Ferrata Dibona is on Monte Cristallo but if you want to reach monte Cristallo's peak u would want to cose the other ferrata ...
@@buggyvision7556 which of the other ferrata Cima di Mezzo?

and where is the best starting point from Cortina?
Exactly how I've documented ...u reach the lift that I took
Io l'ho fatta 40 anni fa, senza l'attrezzatura che avete adesso....avevo 34 anni...
Degno di tutto il mio rispetto!!
