Halal food is everywhere in China. In almost every community, there is a restaurant with a green sign saying "Lanzhou Ramen 拉州拉面". Such restaurants are run by Hui Muslims. Apart from hand-pulled beef noodles, they also offer a variety of home-style dishes. In almost every university, there is a halal canteen that is separate from the general canteen.
Its like travelling from Delhi to Alwar/Mathura/Aligarh/Muzafarnagar/Karnal/Hisar and then visiting tourist spots in the city and then coming back the same day.
