Thank you, your tutorials help a lot! What I did after seeing this tutorial was I put the different strumming patterns with different parts of the songs. It's a little bit harder to do it that way but it sounds pretty good lol.

For the Dm I don't think I do it right but it makes it way easier than cramming your fingers together. I like lay my middle finger using the like bottom of it rather then the tip down so it's pressing on the G and C strings but not the others. Then of course my pointer on the E first fret. I haven't heard of anyone else doing it this way but to me it sounds the same as doing it the right way and it's easier🤷♀️

just throwing this out there you can also pick the E and A string to make it sound like hometown. you do it twice and then you go into strumming!
