a while back my anxiety was really bad, and during this time the sleepers sessions were slowly coming out. then tøp uploaded this one. i really liked it; it made me feel calm and warm. so it stuck with me, and i would find myself thinking of it often. then one day, i was having a massive panic attack and didn't know what to do. i felt incredibly unsafe and like i would try to do something stupid. i tried to think of calming music i could listen to, and this popped into my mind. sure enough, this song calmed me down in ten seconds, and it's been my favorite tøp song since.

It calms me so much after long tiring, difficult, draining day.. I feel safe and like there's nothing really to worry about and there's no need to stress about things that we can't change and I feel like we need to keep going in peace and try to enjoy life. Times now force us to do multiple things, think about everything all the time and run constantly trough day when we don't have time. It's tough sometimes like I feel I'm doomed. But this helps me to calm down. I will learn to play it to just sit like Tyler and play and fly away with notes🥺❤

a while back my anxiety was really bad, and during this time the sleepers sessions were slowly coming out. then tøp uploaded this one. i really liked it; it made me feel calm and warm.
so it stuck with me, and i would find myself thinking of it often.
then one day, i was having a massive panic attack and didn't know what to do. i felt incredibly unsafe and like i would try to do something stupid. i tried to think of calming music i could listen to, and this popped into my mind. sure enough, this song calmed me down in ten seconds, and it's been my favorite tøp song since.

It calms me so much after long tiring, difficult, draining day.. I feel safe and like there's nothing really to worry about and there's no need to stress about things that we can't change and I feel like we need to keep going in peace and try to enjoy life. Times now force us to do multiple things, think about everything all the time and run constantly trough day when we don't have time. It's tough sometimes like I feel I'm doomed. But this helps me to calm down. I will learn to play it to just sit like Tyler and play and fly away with notes🥺❤
