I object strongly to open plan kitchens. The idea is great in a family home where a formal lounge can be available for entertainment away from the mess and smells of cooking. The apartment has nice finishes but again this insistence on a two bed having two bathrooms doesn't make sense. The space much better utilised for walk in storage which is never enough. I used to be a fan of modern design but now prefer older more traditional apartments.

Hey! I have to say, there's something truly amazing about older-style apartments. The warmth of wooden tones and the elegance of leather furnishings create such a charming atmosphere. While modern, open-plan designs have their appeal, they’re not for everyone. Many people, however, appreciate the social vibe that comes with an open-plan kitchen and living area; it’s perfect for bringing people together.
