- This week I sit down with Sid Mallya, who shares a very raw and honest account of his life. From growing up in the UK to living in India and how in LA, Sid shares his journey of struggling with Mental health and is on a quest to break the taboo around the conversations that surround mental health especially amongst men. A really open and powerful conversation and one that I know you will all love.

Great interview! Thank you to Sid for being so open and honest. ❤
Thanks so much!
Thanks for this amazing candid conversation, Shivani and Sid. I’ve been going through something so difficult in my life and now I see a glimmer of hope and I’m intrigued to get the book and read it. These talks are really powerful and transformational. Grateful for Sid’s candidness and openness, and keep doing the amazing work you do with this podcast @Shivani
A very interesting and raw interview. I love how he is being so open about all the different topics. Especially about mental health and what he says about parents where they reacted or were defensive based on their understanding of good parenting which might not align with us. We need more such conversations where people can be more open about their mental health. Let this be a start for the snowball effect!!!
Thank you so much for watching, I’m so happy you enjoyed this episode!!

Me too!! Thanks so much for watching 🙏🏽
This was so inspiring to watch. Mental health is such an important area that affects everyone and yet it is still not talked about enough in South Asian communities. I hope it becomes easier with each generation to speak up about how they're feeling. Your podcast is creating open conversations about some really tough topics that we shy away from speaking about. Thank you for sharing this Shivani ❤

Baap fraud kr k bhaag rha hai or beta yaha gyaan pel rha hai. 😂😂😂😂😂 or log sun bhi rahe hai 😂😂😂😂😂
Hey shivani you got my attention on millennial mind crazy thing is I'm developing" millennial life the video podcast " I'd really love to talk to you about many of things
Mental health excuse is an easy way to avoid any accountability.
Accountability that he's born from a family without his consent? Lmao sure bud
I feel bad for Sid man. He is paying the price of coming from such a wealthy family and he will always be scrutinized.
Honestly not only did he not just have money...he also threw it in everyones face which was quite distasteful.
Now defaulters are talking about mental health issues lol. What about those who didn’t got their salaries and committed suicide

You're probably describing yourself watching and commenting on a you tube video of someone you don't even like seems like you've got all the time in the world and no other job 😂
