    My Deepest Heartfelt Condolences and Sympathies to Jo Cox's Family, Friends, Constituents, Members of the House of Commons, and to the People of Great Britain on their loss. There's NO JUSTIFICATION for this act!!!!

      @ϟϟ A very British Fascist ꑭ Though I may not have agreed with her politics, there still no justifying her death. Your opinion coming from being a self-professed "British Fascist," speaks volumes of your lack of scruples.

      @ϟϟ A very British Fascist ꑭ I don't care if it's "Mosley Fascism" or Hitler's form of it. It's the same to me. Btw, I'm very familiar with Sir Oswald Ernald Mosley. He was interned under "Defence Regulation 18B" (aka "Regulation 18B of the Defence (General) Regulations 1939) during World War II. I have a Degree in History and I'm very familiar with the events surrounding both Major World Wars. A tyrant is still a tyrant.

      @Jay Bee First of all, I wasn't trying to justify her position(s). So, I'd appreciate that you don't put words in my mouth. Secondly, I do think that I made myself quite clear that I was offering my Sympathies and Condolences to Jo Cox's Family and Friends on their loss. I myself am still strongly in favor for "Brexit," but that doesn't mean that I have to lose my Humanity in offering some kind of sympathy for her Family and Friends in the process. That's the problem with people (no names need be mentioned, "Jay Bee") nowadays. People are so firmly entrenched in their ideology that they've forgotten some basic Humanity. In my Country, that's a pervasive problem between the Left and the Right. In particularly on the Radical Political Left. There's no need to to lower oneself to the level of one's political opponents and act the same way that they do.

      @Jay Bee *Everyone* has a free vote. If you live in a community that supports the demolition of your street in order to build a nature reserve, are you seriously going to campaign for that to happen, for your home to be lost? Of course not. Jo Cox campaigning for Remain would not have stopped her constituents from voting Leave. If they were disappointed in her for that, the proper course of action would have been to vote her out - not put her life out.

    May Jo Cox RIP. This really is a tragic incident.
    The leave campaign want to leave to retain our lawful rebellion. violence only ensues violence and the act of Thomas Mair is damn right disgusting.
    I had crossed paths with Jo in her political life and although we did not see eye to eye she did not deserve this.
    She will be missed.

      Sincere words. I think the same as you ... Sadly the remain campaign were always going to benefit. People should just vote as they should have done. A vote for LEAVE would have taken us from an EU province to independent country. So sad the media take sides in this.

    Women never tire of putting themselves on a pedestal, do they?
    Rachel Reeves tearfully exclaims that nobody can replace a mother (how about Rose West?) ; but you can bet your life that if it had been a male politician and father who had been killed, she wouldn't be saying the same about fathers.

    • @MS-19
      @MS-19 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      She was referring to the unique bond that exists between mother and child. It is not the father that carries the child from conception to birth. It is not the father that gives birth. It is not the father that nourishes the infant at the breast. And it was not the father that Jo Cox's children lost, though that would absolutely have been just as tragic and you cannot presume what Rachel Reeves would have said if that had been the case.

      @@MS-19 Get over yourself. There are plenty of awful mothers out there, how about Karen Matthews as another example?
      The biological facts of pregnancy and lactation, don't confer sainthood, and some of us are sick of gynocentric bigots who use them to elevate the role of mothers, and in doing so, diminish the role of fathers.
      We have had two generations of fathers being marginalized through biased family courts and bigoted feminist politicians, resulting in millions of households headed by single mothers.
      The results have been catastrophic; children of single mothers do worse on every metric, than those from intact families.

    • @MS-19
      @MS-19 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@pauljackson2409 It would rather seem that you need to get over yourself, since you are reading your own prejudice and problems into the words of an MP who was grieving for the loss of a colleague who was a mother of young children, brutally taken from them. Her speech was not about ascribing sainthood.

      @@MS-19 Well for a start. if you think that one unsubstantiated anecdotal counter example, negates a mass of statistics, which show poorer outcomes for children of single mothers, it doesn't say much for your schooling, does it?🙄
