Once I had visited PMC office regarding property tax but the PMC official told me that हम टैक्स लेंगे हम तुमको सर्विस नही देंगे तुमको टैक्स भरना पडेगा ...... What to say.... जिसकी लाठी , उसकी भैंस

All the nyati buildings don't have water ; PMC is planning the development of their children and grandchildren. Nyati builder is also at fault he just bought 350 acres in 1998 at peanut prices and now selling flats at 1.2Cr and earning huge profits by giving false promises
I live in Lohegaon, lane 13, Pune - we do not have street road last 12 years, never ever road was laid. 3-4 hours of power cut everyday. Porwal road connects us, everyday there is nightmare of TRAFFIC. Main road has lots of Potholes, where everyday women and children fall down. The liquor shop in Lohegaon road has open bar, were people openly stand/sit and drink creating trouble. Living in Pune is a NIGHTMARE. Both Congress and BJP/Shiv Sena are corrupt.
PMC's big blunder mistake that they charge property tax from the residents since/ from building completion date though residents took possesion after 1/2/3 years, though as per law builder is directly responsible for that part before possesion but PMC is very cool towards builder and they don't bill them they bill to direct residents, they include builders property tax part in residents and after them compel all residents to plead to builder, it directly shows the builders PMC's cosy/ friendly relations, in other words if we say it's directly a builders PMC nexus that's affecting our daily life, though they take affidavits from builders for water arrangement till PMC is not able to supply what's that affidavit people want to know, if builders are not fulfilling the previous affidabits why other projects are getting approvals, there are lots of things which residents are facing, nothing is clear to residents that who is responsible for all this our builders or PMC.
It's been years now since Undri has come under PMC limits but still people are struggling and fighting for basic facilities with no authority to look into it. There is an immediate need for .. 1. Good roads from Undri chowk to sanjeevani medical. 2. The condition of the roads is extremely dangerous with potholes and uneven surfaces. 3. Every other day the roads are full with drainage water causing unhygienic conditions and difficulty to commute. 4. There are no footpaths and also garbage lying sides of the road which has almost become a permanent dumping pit now. 5. No good street lights on whole wadchiwadi road including societies starting from Sanjivani medical store to Ranjeet developers. 6. Neither there are any parks or gardens for children and even walkers , joggers risk their lives daily walking on the roads of wadchiwadi road as there is no other option. 7. The common public is suffering to the fullest. Looking forward for quick and positive changes immediately. It's High time now,as a common man we are suffering. We really need positive changes immediately now
If the corporation solves the water issues of the majority of areas in Pune's outskirts, then how will the corporators and those in power earn. Most of the time the answers provided are we don't have enough water to supply, then the question is a) Where do these water supplying tankers get their water & b) Why do the PMC approve new projects. Any PMC official there to answer these question..... 🤔🤔🤔

@tikam Sir please come to Sus gaon, next to Pashan-sus bridge, same situation there, its in PMC since 2020, but no basic amenities.
