- A visit to Anakeesta in Gatlinburg Tennessee . My first time at the attraction since it's recent opening . Starting in the daylight hours and stayed till nightfall to get both experiences .

Chondola is the name given to the hybrid chair lift/ gondola brought to New England in 2008- part ski lift seating, part enclosed gondola. It's just a combo of the two .

Adam just wanted to thank you for introducing us to so many great vloggers in yer channel, with out you promoting yer fellow vloggers, I would have never found NTL Vlogs, Jacob the Carpetbagger, British Tea Drinker, Adventures By George, Yankee in the South and many others, some which have become great friends via this whole TH-cam family which you have Godfathered.
So thank Man! Wish we could be there to visit ya, but about a month late and 2 weeks early, we went end of September and going back first week of December.
Peanut butter and Jelly. Peas and Carrots. Shake and Bake. Adam and Jacob. All things that work very well together. Made me happy to see you hanging out. Gorgeous views and bears were a bonus!

The bear sightings were awesome. I had such a fun time watching you guys ride that Chondola to the top. The Firefly village is really nice! The view up there! @9:18 definitely EndorISH or Sherwood ForestISH. The descent was @14:27 haha!

We spent 8 nights in gatlinburg last week seen bears every day had a momma and 3 cubs at our condo just about every evening one night they snuck up on another family making smores the family ran off and they enjoued all the marshmallows and chocolate and wander off lol

Good to see you back in a place you love especially with Jacob. How fitting you saw bears since that's how you both started together there at an abandoned bear attraction. I hope you make him hold the head and dance again as well as film the neon signs and see if you get yelled at in Cherokee!

I was just at Anakeesta a few days ago, sad I missed you. I stayed there until dark as well, the colors in the day, the lights at night, mindblowing. The bears were under me at the canopy walk when I was there. I sat and watched them a long time.

wow gatlinburg sure has grown i was there for my honymoon 25 years ago it was small looks great now i need to go back for a visit . thanks for a great video !
I remember riding the old two seater chairlift backing in 1963 when I was seven! I took my flip flops off and the attendant told me that was a good idea since there were a lot of people who had lost theirs. I've been back several times since with my own son, but that first time with my parents was magical.

My husband and I was there the week before Thanksgiving in 2017 after it opened. I think the Anakeesta is our favorite thing to do in Gatlinburg.

How did I know Jacob would be there...Gatlinburg is Carpetbagger catnip. Looking forward to a little snow tubing at Ober Gatlinburg and this place when we head up that way in January! You definitely picked THE BEST time of year to go! We love that party of the country.
