Sadly, in these times the repairing politics is to changing parts and not diagnosing what was actually wrong. It's easier, because finally its client problem to pay for it. Shit times. People have become very lazy and greedy for money
@@FunkSoulBrother7 Yeah it is, but... is because of money - again. Manufacturer's saw the people don't use ASO services to repair his car after warranty period and they haven't money because of it. Everything is because of money. Sadly!
I have the same problem on my pathfinder no one could find the problem. I changed sensor but now it makes sense why the light was going on and off for about 3 weeks . Thanks alot man
Update on my pathfinder, ABS RR wheel speed sensor wire was broken running up over the chassis crossmember . Used a voltmeter to test the wire as I went down from the engine compartment. Both rear abs wheel sensor wires run on the passenger side on the side of the chassis.
Great video. I have my vdc and slip light on after doing a wheel alignment, clock spring change and adding power steering fluid. All other fluid levels are ok and the codes were cleared but I still have the lights on. Any ideas?

Hello, nice repair as allways :) i watch most of your videos, and i want to buy Autel MaxiSys 906BT model for myself, since i work on cars too, should i buy PRO version or 906BT will be enough ? and can you link where from you bought yours, thanks :)
Hi Buy the best you can afford... So, if you can get the pro, get the pro... At the time, I bought my one from ebay... Look at the actually Autel website... 👍👍👍 Thank you for watching and for your comment!
What can be done if it happens that whenever you switch on a Nissan car all dash signs appears and disappears but for VDC and Airbag not seen at all? ? While they should appear and dissapears as others do?
Looks like those might have been "taped" previously... Scan the car, most likely will be faults on those modules that cannot be cleared... ence the lights covered... Thank you for watching!
@@LMAutoRepairs thanks initially Airbag, ABS, and VDC, were popping up on a dashboard and the horn was not working, we checked and we found that the clock spring on the steering was broken and we had replaced with the new one and the horn had worked, ABS sign becomes OK as when I switched on it appears with other dash sign and disappears, but I wonder Airbag and VDC not showing up at all while they were supposed to show up and disappears as others do, but when I installed new clock spring I didn't scan the car, can this be cleared by scanning the car with machine? ? Or perhaps the bulbs for these two dash signs might have blown out? ?
I've been seeing a lot more wires failing mid harness or in spots you wouldn't access for testing. I'm thinking that maybe the wire is getting damaged as they make the harness, either scuffing on the spool or maybe getting caught on something that opens the insulation as they make them. With the insulation as thin as it is these days it doesn't take much.
Hi , nice , i have a problem with my Pathfinder, the 4Hi is not engaging, i lookend on the manual and did a self diagnostic on the transfer case and it came up with 3,6,7,17 flashes, which is -Clutch pressure solenoid signal. Improper signal is input while driving. -CAN communication. Malfunction has been detected from CAN communication line. -ABS operation signal (from ABS). Trouble with most garage they think changing parts will solve the issue, Instead of actually finding the root of the problem,
Your the man 👍

It's the manufacturer's fault for making things overcomplicated so people go to the dealer to get it fixed. I've heard the new cars aren't like this

Yes they do you always test the sensor and the wiring first before wasting time and money replacing it he'd did some job
Yet the easiest money is throwing some cheap parts at it and then making a nice marknup

Can you tell if nissan pathfinder of year 2005 can be readable in full same as 2007? Or it is too old?
Excellent! Simple procedure, easy find! Just keep the checks basic, and usually you can pinpoint the issue. Gracias Luis!! 😊🤗

Older corrugated harnesses over time may crease and become sharp.
