if i start reading a book before going to bed, i'll "accidentally" finish it.
Just set boundaries. Read 10 pages before u sleep. I think 10 pages is a lot but I think for u it’s a good amount

i do it like this i wake up 5 min before i need to go😀 so stressed as f but i gets me up. btw this does not mean i'm late i take the bus and go there a while before the bus goes. is this good or bad i cannot tell🤷♀️ i have one more that sometimes happens. i go to school come home exuasted go to sleep, wake up when a standard person goes to sleep do stuff and then repeat

How do you actually have a decent table. Mine has my phone, a pencil, a screwed up but of paper, a ring light, a lamp, an empty Easter egg box from months ago, a mini easel but the canvas fell behind the table, my phone, and a headphone stand

yep. once, i read somewhere that reading for 15-30 minutes before bed is good for a kids mental developement. thought id try it. i ended up rereading an entire trilogy that has 500-600 pages books and did not sleep at all

I have that same alarm clock and I have really been enjoying it! I used to have it on my nightstand for the first couple weeks but since then I have moved it to my dresser which is across my room and I have found that I like this more because I feel like the lights fills my room much better than when I have it pointed towards me and so close up. It also forces me to get up to turn it off :)

Drinking tea is such an underutilized source of hydration and vitamins. I love tea so much, there are so many out there with such magical antioxidant properties;
Eg. Green tea, tumeric, orange pekoe, earl grey etc. Honestly my favourite way to start the day over coffee
