Done this with Snivy in every gen. The HARDEST challenge was getting a shiny snivy in gen 5 but a few months ago i did it. I finally was able to complete my only shiny save in pokemon black 2
as someone who Masuda Methoded a shiny Eevee in Pokémon White (it took a hot minute), I salute you for deciding to go the objectively more annoying route in the Castelia square in B2W2! perhaps I'll shiny-hunt one there in the future

ATM I have caught a Shiny Eevee in Omega Ruby, Ultra Sun, Sword (caught so many during that increased Max Raid Eevee spawn event), Shining Pearl via Trophy Garden (bunch of tries but finally catch it in a chain of 3), and a bunch in Scarlet. I hoping I get a Shiny Eevee in XD Gale of Darkness, FRLG, Platinum via Trophy Garden, B2W2 in Castellia City whenever I finally get the games, XY, LGPE, VC Gen 1, VC Gen 2, and Legends Arceus.
Nice job finding 2 female Eevee as well, it'sa 1/8 chance as I'm sure you know! I'd love to see you take on one of those risky hunts you mentioned you avoided haha. Maybe next Safari Week? :P
As soon as I buy some AA batteries I will conttinue my Eevee shunt in Crystal on the original GBC. You don't really need a ditto, you just need a parent from the "shiny family" so I chain-bred tye shiny Gyarados to get a female Eevee from the shiny family to be the mother of my tons of eggs.

(time to flex) in black 2 I wanted an eevee so I could evolve it into an espeon to use in my playthrough, so I went to that weird underground bit in castelia city and went looking for an eevee. took bloody ages to even find a single one, but lo and behold my first eevee encounter there was shiny. I wasn't even looking for a shiny eevee. but I was blessed. and that eevee (now espeon) absolutely carried my team throughout the game💀💀

Honestly same! The game is truly a double edged sword but I'm glad I at least found a shiny Hisuian Zorua (which is the other pokemon I was hunting for ages)

I remember SOS chain hunting for Eevee a couple times in the Ultra games, and BOTH TIMES it took like 2 hours with nyo shiny until I just gave up -_-

In Alola, there is a chance for Eevee to call in a 3% Espeon or Umbreon depending on when you start the hunt

EV is my favorite Pokémon especially it's shiny it's so cute I even did a nose lock with only Eevee and Eevee Evolutions 😁😊✨☺️

I hatched a shiny Eevee with perfect IVs in every stat in Ultra Sun
I love shiny Eevee I refuse to evolve the shiny one I have on ultra moon
Shiny Eevee is adorable and the only Eeveelution that makes me tempted to evolve it is Umbreon
