Why are people dissing Jess because she uses her head voice whilst building up to the end of the song? it's an acoustic set, it's not supposed to sound exactly like the original and she isn't going to blast out every note for the entire song, because of dynamics. If you listen until the end you'll see she can do exactly what she does in the studio version, but uses falsetto in this recording for dynamic effect, which can be hard to achieve with such a strong voice whilst singing in an "unplugged" set.
Those same people couldn't sing the first half of the song with anywhere near the skill that she does. Her voice is fascinating within her natural range.

I love her. Nobody's voice is perfect all the time. For those of you who don't sing, sharing your voice isn't about it being perfect or always polished. It's about the emotion & what it conveys. People should consider not being so critical about it. For me, when I sing, it is about sharing the most intimate part of the essence of who I am. Being criticized for my voice not being "perfect" or hitting the note exactly "right" just fosters silence. If you don't love it, don't listen.
