Soul Brother please Freddie did this for Brian as Brian was feeling Depressed an being in the hospital for a long spell he felt left out 😞 So Freddie whipped up this little Gem for Brian 🎼🎶🎶🎶💟💛Aww Freddie was such a a good friend 💯🎤👏👊💛☮️🥇♾️
This is such an intense and complex composition. The story is a familiar one, the whole major flood and Noah's Ark but the music is mind boggling. Brian's masterpiece that for some reason never achieved the notarity that it should have. I love this song. brian literally had a dream that woke him up with this song in his head. The Bell effect (echo/overlay) was brought into the studio by Brian, Freddie loved it and went crazy with it.
Thanks much, Mann! this as been called "the Brian Bohemian Rhapsody...." However, I think this is even more complicated and beautiful... (headphones, of course necessary-- as you have) appreciate your listen & reaction... (oh, and straight into "Love of my Life".. early Queen albums had no space between songs.. lol)
You have no idea how complicated it was back then to record this echo-stuff! It was tape only! No effect maschines, no computer, ... < that's why the recording was so expensive! Actually the album "A Night At The Opera" was the most expensive record ever made at the time! We are talking about 40,000 pounds in 1975, which is equal to $300,000 today ... :)
Brian penned this masterpiece with the working title “People Of The Earth”. He explains that he wrote the song after a dream he had about the Great Flood 🌊💦 while recovering from Hepatitis. The lyrics refer to the book of Genes with nods to Noah’s Ark 🦓🐅🦏🐆🐘🦒”return like the white dove” 🕊️🌿
I can’t help but think this was another warning. Now I know now we know people of the earth we’re not getting our act together and there is more than one madman.
Brian's fever dream. This song came to him as he was recovering from hepatitis. Thought provoking is an understatement for this great composition.
I first heard this in 70s when I bought the album and we just got a brand new stereo I thought it was amazing cheers 👍🏻
Me too!

I've grown to love this more than any other - it's awesome that you got round to reacting to it, thank you!
My pleasure!!
This is another masterpiece!

‘39 by Brian. A lesson in the theory of relativity and their pretentiousness and fore sight Brian had about global warming. Really a must listen.
Thank you for the reaction! This is my favourite Queen song.

First again? Blimey. Getting comfy for this one. You might hear me singing from 4000 miles away, Mann. lol
By the way, you're going to get told off for having the Jazz album cover in the thumbnail and not A Night At The Opera as it should be.
Fixed🙏
@@LilmannReacts Yay, well done. That should keep them all from having a go lol
