    can you recommend a type of band that dosnt hurt the one stretching? like in the hips or chest etc

    Hey, I've only recently discovered your videos! You're mega awesome, just wanna say thanks for all the content. I run my own Boot Camps and your videos have been a great help.
    I just wanted to ask what do you do for warm up each session? Also do you do anything to finish off the session. I often finish off with group games, I find these gets everyone buzzing after a hard workout

      +rix121 Hey Thanks so much! Great to hear from you!
      Ya we always do a 3-4 minute jog (around park or gym) forwards, side shuffles, high knees, butt kicks, skaters. Then we meet in the middle and do a few legs/arm swings, stretches, slow squats and pushups. Then I start my session with a pre workout drill, like something to get their heart rate going and some easy moves nothing to deep or intense. I have a video called Pylon drills Ill do something like that or some 10x10's on spot. We finish with sprints or ya some fun partner drills or some core training.
      Sounds like you have a great thing going with your group they must love ya!
