It is not rude to let people know they are mispronouncing a word - it is a kindness so they don’t make that mistake again. The people who told her were complimentary of her excellent video. Another person made a suggestion to slow down and show more of the item numbers and prices - these are suggestions so that her videos could be even more awesome!

You’re to be appreciated and commended for offering this heartfelt tour of your Ikea store. I am so enjoying it! Sometimes when we’ve only just read an unfamiliar word, we may not get the pronunciation of it instinctively.
With time, what will matter most is your persistence in writing and vlogging.
Googling “pronunciation Rattan” for instance, gives nice, modern usage of the word, and you will be glad to be able to check some other words on occasion. One of my favorite TH-camrs from California, has been recently pronouncing that word the way you do, also, maybe its a local thing, but he also just started correcting himself on “curtain”, which he’d been calling “curr-in”.
I wish you enjoyment, and the respect you deserve for attention to detail.
      Best Wishes!
