Hi, welcome to iRO then :D as for zeny it cost around 23-25$ per b. But just a heads up, RMT is illegal in game. Tho you have option to buy KP in warpportal and convert it into zeny.
Not in a month-it depends on how lucky you are. If starting from scratch, it would take you 3-4 months to build your gear to be able to grind MVP instances. After that, the rest will depend on your luck in getting high-value MVPs.

Yo! As per TOS, RMT is illegal in this game. You have options to buy items in cash shop using KP and sell it to other players to have zeny.
