Hey, mate, I love that you put your early stuff up! Seeing other people fail early on is really refreshing, and helps build my confidence, too! Great progression!
This video is can motivate many people to continue flips. You started so freaking bad, but you didn't stop practicing , you stayed motivated and now you are super good!!
Ooooh Yeeees man, the backflip fear in the beginning is naasty! If you have a trampoline, try to do like a sideflip in backflip, then you starting go more and more straight into the backflip.. this worked for me 6 years ago when i learned myself backflip. After learning backflip you will learn soo fast, these days i've landed triplecork, doublebackflip etc! ENJOY
Best way to learn it really fast is getting assisted by someone who can do it who can make you spin faster if you don't commit so that you don't get your face on the ground
Its worked great for me too! Its like 7 years ago soon ahaha, these days i've done doubleback on plyo and triplecork and such stuff, the backflip helps alot!
so sick man!! try opening up your hips and straightening your legs on your twists. it makes it a lot easier, and makes the skill look way better. Keep it up!
This video is so good haha you went from literally just looking like you were throwing yourself around to having a really good skill set , lots of progression in a year I loved it
thank you guys so much for 1000 likes on this!! edit: 2000 likes!!! I love you guys! edit 2: 3000 wtf guys!!! never posted this thinking it would reach so many people, thank you to everyone!
I love videos like this cos it shows beginners that everyone starts off in the same place and as long as you have the effort to do so, you can get as far as you want
Maaaaaaan! Love your Progression! Glad you enjoyed tricking, and STARTED!! I've been doing it since 2010, your Progression in 1 year is sooo sick man!! I guess you can go to the doublecork and '' dubs '' soon! ( I watched the whole video! :D )
Sebtricking I've actually landed a really good cart dub but it was first try of a session and no one was filming, I'm yet to land another lol, thanks for watching man!
Bro keep it up. U are truly an inspiration for me to get better at flipping. I am only 15, and I guess I am "ok" at flipping, and I am learning a lot just from these videos.
I love how at the beginning he was so sloppy and he just went for things and it looked so ugly but by the end, his form was perfect, he had experience and he just flew through the air! I also like the wardrobe change throughout the video, from long sweat pants to gray n black shorts. I love it! Keep up the good work!
I love progression videos like these. They remind me from when the only flips I knew for a whole year was frontflip and sideflip. looking back, I kinda miss that person because I love the learning process it took me to get where I am so far today.
Wow inspiring man like I've been wanting to start tricking but I keep failing but watching this has helped me carry on with tricking so hopefully after a year I can start to get even a little decent at it. Thanks
you've done so well in a single year !! I've been tricking for about 6 years and you've got some tricks I still cant do xD even though they're not all 100% clean they're still something you can practice :D good going !!
Hi what is the name of the tricks at 7:03? I would like to learn it because I am a beginner and it seems to me not too complicated, at least by seeing you doing it looks simple^^ how long has it taken to put it? sorry if my English is bad I am French and I translate on google translation;).
loved it u have no idea how much u inspired me righ now, ive been doing parkour for 2 years now but i didnt flip that much i can do the 3 basics but now i want to focus on expanding my flips thx bro just subed
Splat no no. You guys need to get hook kicks before tornado and I recommend working on basics because some people can double full but throw trash hook kicks so work on kicks just as much as flips!
Ry Lee just drill like 720 spins and b twist took me about a year so be patient and just keep drilling it. Once you get b twist literally every other trick is really easy!
Nice! I wanna go in direction of tricking instead of parkour/bboying and i wanted to ask where can I find tutorials for all the basic stuff? All the kicks and cheat gainer etc. I can already do things like scoot or backflip flat etc.
Yeah I agree that did help, but I was involved in the tricking community years before I started so when I started I kinda knew most of the terminology and technique.
very nice progression, tricking since a bit less than a year but trying stuff since a bit more xD and I'm not this good at all !!! Inspirational, keep up this way ;)
I lost every tricks that i can do b'cuz my leg was hurt badly and i have to stop tricking for 5 month now. And now i was scared again of doing flips. But after i watch this video it inspire me to learn everything again. And 2018 will be the year of me learning tricking again. #2018goals
Damn bro I wish my body was as durable as yours. Mine is so bad I can usually only use like half the year to train cuz the other half im healing. Rn I'm injured but I'ma full send a cork on ground when I'm better. Do stretches actually help with landing and preventing injury's? Also is cork easier than a standing back full cuz I've done standing fulls before on ground.
I’m starting small with a handstand, but I have a lot of trouble committing to moves. Do you have any advice, or are you just naturally brave? Great video btw
Do you have Any tips on where i have to begin with tricking? Like wich moves and stuff or other tutorials online.. i am a freerunner but want to start tricking but dont know where to start.
you are so good i have been doing tricking for 2 and a hath years and all i can do is a roundoff back full a roundoff backflip and a cart full and a standing back tuck and a front flip and a aerial
Brandon Sharp Yeah I thought it was very nice object that u use...i planning for buying trampoline orr this tipe of mat but I'm confused... which is the cheapest and best for me...

Losha you. I like you.

I’ve watched this at least 12 times, best tricking progression video imo cause I can see the huge difference :D
This video is made up of 3 things.

Hey, can u give me some advice in training? I feel like i'm not improving fast enough, i can land pretty much all the basic tricks
so sick man!! try opening up your hips and straightening your legs on your twists. it makes it a lot easier, and makes the skill look way better. Keep it up!
Having access to an academy does a huge difference. I wish they weren't so rare in Brazil :( anyway, great job with your video and, ofc, the tricks!

I'm only 21 years old and this inspires me!! Tricking isn't easy but at the end it's worth it 💯
I'm not even a tricker, and I see a bright future for you.
Sometimes it looks really dangerous when falling
Did you break limbs while practicing?
Hap not at all, the worst falls you'll have will be on your side or ass
I'm jealous of your courage and determination
maybe someday I hope to be half as good as you

Flo Grange No problem man ;)
I'm trying to get into tricking right now, and i'm learning Raiz and Btwist. So i'm wondering which tricks did you learn in the beginning?
Splat Hey I'm trying to learn too! Btw I've already learned how to tornado kick and butterfly kick but idk if that's even gonna be useful
Splat the most tricks people use are td raiz a simple tornado kick cart full Arabian back flip back handspring side flip cheat gainer and corksrew
Splat no no. You guys need to get hook kicks before tornado and I recommend working on basics because some people can double full but throw trash hook kicks so work on kicks just as much as flips!
XMA channel Thanks for the advice XMA. Do you have any tips for getting that full spin on my b-twists or other twists?
Ry Lee just drill like 720 spins and b twist took me about a year so be patient and just keep drilling it. Once you get b twist literally every other trick is really easy!
Whats the name of your move you was trying to do at 0:15?
tdr
That was SO good. Love that video
When it said "Somewhat Less Ass", I thought the video was over. XD
Nice! I wanna go in direction of tricking instead of parkour/bboying and i wanted to ask where can I find tutorials for all the basic stuff? All the kicks and cheat gainer etc. I can already do things like scoot or backflip flat etc.
It was probably super helpful that you had friends who seemed to have experience that helped you adjust and give you advice as well as encourage you.
Yeah I agree that did help, but I was involved in the tricking community years before I started so when I started I kinda knew most of the terminology and technique.
fresh meat with no experience straight up going for it, that defines dedication

Damn bro I wish my body was as durable as yours. Mine is so bad I can usually only use like half the year to train cuz the other half im healing. Rn I'm injured but I'ma full send a cork on ground when I'm better. Do stretches actually help with landing and preventing injury's? Omg nice choice with the Shawn Wasabi song, it’s my favorite! Nice vid ✌️ too btw
You didn’t seem to know what to do with your arms at the beginning 😂, you’ve improved a ton!
Awesome progress dude! Keep it up!
I’m starting small with a handstand, but I have a lot of trouble committing to moves. Do you have any advice, or are you just naturally brave? Great video btw
I’d say trampoline was the biggest tool to get over the fear of learning new tricks
Brandon Sharp am hour after my comment I finally managed to kick up to vertical without a wall! I didn’t balance but it’s still progress :)
This is amazing I have been tricking for only a month and just got backflips. This is very inspirational...
Thank you man! Keep training, it took me about a couple months to get backflips on ground.
That's the magic of martial arts and gymnastics

Brandon Sharp
Yeah I thought it was very nice object that u use...i planning for buying trampoline orr this tipe of mat but I'm confused... which is the cheapest and best for me...
I would go for a trampoline, i got mine from a local sam's club, it's a 15ft and it was only $270. Not the best but it definetly gets the job done.
Brandon Sharp
