Papps get better soon. I started to take cacao recently and it is so bitter, I had to mix it with drinking chocolate in order to consume it! I have read the more pricier ones are less bitter. I have started to take a multivitamin and it has really helped with energy and my general wellbeing.
Shilajit is another product worthy of a look nice review as always Paps😊

Someone has already stole my thoughts on this in a comment here - but I actually thought you were trying some kind of funky rave "magic dust" and gasped in my chair. Thankfully that wasn't the case, the thing here though is that it may be good for you and all but you can probably get all the goodness from other sources that are a hell of a lot cheaper and good for your wallet too. One thing I will say is that I do actually love the taste of dark chocolate!

£50 is a hefty price and mix that with the name "rainbow dust" plus the colourful packaging are you sure it's legal lol it kinda looks and sounds like once you buy it the rozzers are booting your door in the following day

There's a £21 Manuka honey in M&S that people are telling me is effective for getting rid of their colds etc... Not so certain if there's truth to that as I haven't tried it yet myself. but it's interesting how certain people are about it.
When you pay that much for honey you'd believe it works too. 😁

Yeah i'm really not a fan of dark chocolate Pap I must admit, and I probably couldn't have it with water like you've had here however I would try it if it was made with oat milk, as i'm sure the creaminess of it would tone down the bitterness of the chocolate taste a little🤏
