I am having difficulties today with my seeds of fear being watered from some events in the past. Trying to water my seeds of non-fear, but it is very dificult.

Many people have ptsd and cptsd and it causes the brain to not be able to control fear and anxiety.
If you need protection, that is, you are depending on protection, not free, the purpose of Buddhism is to be free, free from birth, old age, sickness, and death. Does the True Nature of Buddha have love or hate, does it love love, or hate hate, or hate love, or love hate? Why is protection needed? The admonitions of this monk are no different from the teachings of other religions, this monk is not a Buddhist monk, he is a philosopher, the product of other philosophers.
