Nick Fury didn't get enough love in the Avengers movies. The assassination scene is one of the few that showed the best parts of him. Even in a life or death, high-pressure situation, he was completely calm, resourceful, patient, and knew how to handle the problem.
What I absolutely love about the scene from Dredd is that you get to see what his #1 movie is: the law. He doesn't prioritize protecting the civilian, what matters is that the criminal is punished. Dredd doesn't negotiate, and the civilian knew it, which is why she was as scared of Dredd as she was of the criminal.
That Fury chase/shootout sequence is still one of the most intense and best car chase scenes in movie history. The Winter Soldier introduction with those screaming banshee sounds was also top notch. That whole movie was just awesome. Too bad the rest of the MCU wasn't as serious and thrilling as Winter Soldier.
Those screaming banshee sounds are actually samples from the first avenger, its literally Bucky's scream when he fell off the train, just they mess with the audio a bit.
Gotta give props to the expert marksman tanker. What's the lead on something that's going mach 2? That also had to be at least 1 mile away upon rounding the mountainside. He's the real badass.

Plus the tank used a high explosive shell which is usually used to target hostiles in the air, it has a lot of.......shall we say boom but no penentration ability since it needs to explode and do fragmentaional damage. Although we can see the effects of the....boom and that the shockwave knocks tony down we see that fragments have no penentration against his suit thus in this way he did explode but not the one he could have been harmed with. And finally its hollywood dude.
Iron Man 1 was the best. the armor had weight and mass to it, the movement slower and had actuator sound, the weapons simple and efficient He was more somber and vengeful the later ones are more like cheap toys powered by magic
But it also kinda makes sense, he got better at what he was doing and between all the avengers shit he changed the way he worked, for what he needed. Slow aint gonna work against a guy who has control of the universe.

I miss when Marvel movies looked more "gritty". Not in a sense of tone and feeling, but everything looked raw and real. It became waaay to polished and smooth looking. I also miss them not being afraid of using black tones as opposed to the dark grey they use now. The blacks really made the colors pop.

First it's not an AR since they don't make them full auto. Second when they come with a full rail they don't usually come with sights or optics and usually don't have the fixed front sight giving the purchaser a cheaper rifle they can customize...you can use it without a rear sight if you are familiar with that platform. Bad editing and the budget wasn't big enough for simple scenes like tgis...they couldn't even care to HD cartoon CGI the rear optics in lol I assume they couldn't afford all the expensive holographic sights if those were real.

First it's not an AR since they don't make them full auto. Second when they come with a full rail they don't usually come with sights or optics and usually don't have the fixed front sight giving the purchaser a cheaper rifle they can customize...you can use it without a rear sight if you are familiar with that platform. Bad editing and the budget wasn't big enough for simple scenes like tgis...they couldn't even care to HD cartoon CGI the rear optics in lol I assume they couldn't afford all the expensive holographic sights if those were real.
I subscribed, because the format of these videos works well with my ADD and my impulsive need to watch people quickly getting their asses kicked.
