Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain- The Return of Big Boss

Story: In this alternate story, the medic that takes the bomb out of Paz, dies in the helicopter explosion, leaving Big Boss to have the horn in his head and getting the prosthetic arm. He now returns at the "True Big Boss" and rescues Kazuhira Miller in Afghanistan under Soviet territory.
