I have been able to see the cameras on my phone..but recently it's just showing the buffering circle and no pictures..how can I fix this on my phone so I can see the camera views? Thanks!
Having sorted the same problem logged out a while back ago n forgot acc n now it won’t let me login because says existing user and I don’t remember the old gmail acc, any recommendations?

Remove it and add it back. Probably IP issue

Yes there is but it is too much work. I don’t know why they are doing it so hard. You need to forward the port.

It works in every wifi but not mobile data
How do you unlink the camera from the app? I unlinked it and tried to link it again and it keeps saying the device is already linked

If you unplug the camera, it will directly unpair.
