Awesome bike just bought mine yesterday. SE KRT. LOVING IT.
Is it your first bike?
Me too!
Sounds like a great bike man! You're one of the most trustworthy reviewers of bikes out there & I really like that you keep it positive! Keep up the good work brother
Thanks Brother! I've always appreciated your feedback and support 🤘I've been hesitant to upload a lot of the metric reviews I've done.
Bought one last week it's a Amazing Bike
Is it your first bike?
@@Omar-ly3hy I have the Black 500
I love the review! Amazing on-hands, honest and straight forward video! Thank you for it!
Looking forward to getting mine!
Thanks brother! I really appreciate it! I think you'll dig the bike. it's fantastic
Just bought the SE KRT as my first bike. im only 5'4" and we dropped it to the lowest setting for me. But its a very forgiving bike and my friends all had fun with it. too bad its about to rain for the next 5 days... lol.
Been riding for 2 years and rain has never been a problem unless it was really bad or I had to ride for long.
buyed my last week and go to holiday...i will pick bike in 5 days....i was in love at first conntact....
Well done. I'm hoping you have vids I can watch whilst waiting. I bought mine days ago and probably fortnight+ for delivery (interstate purchase as Australia none left in colour wanted)
I really want this as my first bike. But the red/black version
Yes! The red and black Ninja 500 SE is stunning. This would make an excellent first bike
@@fastjaxPeople keep saying buy used but used, but this ninja looks spectacular. What's your thoughts on new vs used?
Would this be a good bike for the licensing road test?
When the bike is running why does it make that very distinct noise that sounds, like a rattle?
It's most likely the way my mic picked up audio inside my helmet. Nothing like that stood out to me while riding the bike. I think they sound great
What do you mean by 14,000 rpm in the thumbnail? You never addressed that in the video?
1:90 seconds in
@@VigilanteMikewhere are you getting that number? Are you sure you’re not referencing the Ninja ZX4RR? My twin cylinder ninja 250 from ‘08 revs to 13k and with every generation it’s been reduced.
The ZX4RR redlines @16k, display shows 18k max and it's an entirely different engine altogether. The Ninja 500 is 451cc 2 cylinder engine. The ZX4RR is 399cc 4 cylinder engine. The Ninja 500 enters redline @11,500RPM, The Thumbnail is simply what the max is on the display. I think coming from the Ninja 250, you'd love the 500. They've come a long way.
This bike's limit is 11,300 rpm if I'm not mistaken. Still pretty high revving bike imo.
i see this as a downgrade from my 2006 Ninja 500. the older one has the same HP, larger 4.8gl gas tank, center stand, and larger more comfortable banana style seat with rear grab handle for passenger.
