Thanks for the 160 video! Questions for ya:
    1. Where is the front and rear brake fluid fill at?
    2. What work have you done already on the bike?
    3. Got any more 160 videos coming up?

Love the video man! My 99 lt 160 has the exact same rear wheel play, I did this this , & it didn't fix it for me. I'll need to dig deeper!

Sometimes those hubs just get worn out and you have to replace them. Or sometimes the axle splines get worn out.

@TeamTrimm: My LT160 appears to have the lower right 17mm bolt snapped off in the hole. Do you know the part number or specs for that 17mm head bolt? Do you think I can drill it out and use a nut on the other side or would I have to extract and tap it? looks the like top bolts allow the movement, trying to get that fixed without having to remove all of it to tap it properly. Thanks.

If we're looking at the same bolt I'm pretty sure that's a specialized bolt so that it won't spin when tightening. If you go to the first video in this series the intro and CDI video. In the description you should find a download link for the service manual. I'm pretty sure that you should be able to find all part numbers in there. If not then your going to have to Google search it.

Is the tensioner bolt really necessary? I have a 94 and it doesn't even have a bolt where yours is it has one running horizontally that's all I've even checked the service manual and it shows it's supposed to be there

In all reality I think the tensioner is there to help when tightening the chain and for safety in case the other bolts loosen up.

What’s the reason the bolt to tight the chain is not grabbing at all, is not screwing tight. 😂 that bolt doesn’t go in nor out 🤷‍♂️

If you talking about the tensioner bolt you have to loosen the others first and then adjust it.

Go to the intro and CDI video and In the description you will find a download link for the service manual. You will find the chain size in that manual.
