It reminds me of the old days, it just feels like it’s missing a little something. I feel like it’s a lyric thing, but I like the lyrics so it’s hard to say what it is exactly. It reminds me of this track I recently rediscovered by a band called Pist.On, “Grey Flap.” I really like that one. The “king of it all” line is my least favorite, but it goes. “This love is for free” is a great line. Powerful. It’s like a heavy Neil Young track. That’s where it all goes back to doesn’t it.
This is sick guys! 3:50 til the end sounds huge.
