  • Lets take journey across our EFI fuel regulator range from Aeroflow Performance. We have a few different options when it comes to EFI fuel regulators and each have a different configuration that may or may not be suited for you application. We will discuss these today across the four different fuel regulators we can supply.
    The Compact EFI regulator is designed for applications producing up to 800HP where space is at a premium. Made from billet 6061 T6 aluminium these regulators are an ideal upgrade for the EFI fuel systems whether your using Ethanol, methanol or unleaded fuels. These 3 port regulators have 3 x -6 ORB Ports where the two sides are your feed and the bottom is a return and also include 1 x 1/8” NPT Port for a gauge or sensor. Adjustable from 2 - 6 BAR (30-90 psi).
    Next up is the billet 3 port regulator designed for applications producing up to 1200hp. Made from billet 6061 T6 aluminium. It is slightly larger compared to the compact regulator we spoke about first. The reason this is larger is the adjustability which is increased and allows anywhere from 30-120PSI of fuel pressure. With a larger internal spring and heavy-duty diaphragm. This is a 3 port design with -6ORBs and a 1/8 NPT port.
    Next up is the largest EFI fuel regulator we offer in our range. Great for customers running up to 2000hp. Made from billet 6061 T6 aluminium this fuel regulator features 4 port locations around the main body and 2 1/8” NPT ports. This is great for applications where you require wish to run dual feed fuel rails, nitrous setups and additional pressure sensors etc. These ports are a larger -8ORB and feature are larger return side ball and seat to control pressure when used with a high flow fuel setup to support 2,000hp of fuel flow. This regulator is perfect for high horsepower builds that use race fuels such as E85 or Methanol.
    The last regulator in a range is a bit of a unique fuel regulator. It is able to handle to handle both EFI fuel systems and low-pressure carburettor fuel systems running a return line. They allow users with a carburettor fuel system to be converted to EFI high pressure fuel systems such as your FiTech or Holley sniper while still utilizing the same regulator. Simply change the included internal springs depending on your application. With a carburettor pressure spring installed out of the box which allows adjustability of 3 - 20 psi. Simply unscrew the top half of the fuel regulator and install the supplied EFI spring which will now allow adjustability of 20-60 psi. Of course, you can go back the other way as well if you wish to convert back to your old school carburettor. For the carburettor guys this is a return style fuel regulator so you must run a return fuel line back to the fuel tank or surge tank.
