From what I understand the Poison Prolif from Pathfinder even has longer duration so your proflif you spread actually has longer duration than the initial poison from Mamba. Not only that - there is actually no cap for the Poison Prolif meaning if you have like many targets and a big enemy in it - killing 1 smal enemy with a big poison meains all those poisons will Prolif to that big target and it will actually have multiple big mamba poisons on it since poison prolif from pathfinder does "ignore" that poison cap. It like quadruples your dmg which is ridiculous.
also doing that build but in ssf , I dont like sadism tho , the damage isnt worth the downside. simply because it stops you from doing ambush nukes with perfect agony on single target properly (ambush got buffed with 20 quality you're sitting at like 35+ base crit and you're close to 300% multi ) so you can ambush crit alchemist mark poisons and its much safer for pinnacles and dangerous mobs to drop a 3+ sec poison every 3 sec than facetanking without life leech relying only on flask
for expedtion this build seems really cool, can you explain more what kind o content this build could farm? if you go to a t16 map and take all kind shit (delirium + afflic etc.. still can one shot like you did or its just a test? (nice and fun build :)
If you have the money for huge damage yeah, but hit builds are better for sanctum because any time monsters are alive is time they can lower your resolve.
Not necessarily With low tolerance passives and sadism support (less duration but higher damage) the poison wears off super fast so you can reapply it pretty often

But his single target seemed low. Not bad but low compared to viper strike builds that usually excel at single target. Havent checked his gear to see if that's the matter or just the gem is more geared towards inflicting 1 huge poison and moving on, for clear.
Melee is never optimal for bossing anyway (unless you one shot them of course), especially multiple bosses at once, but it's not bad. For a build that can map this fast, that boss damage on ghosted maven minotaur looked pretty good.

Technically yes, but the "Deal no Non-Elemental Damage" mod on Voidforge is global so the poisons will do no damage.

So basically you can only have 1 poison on a boss at a time ? So this skill is great for clear but shit/not optimal for bossing, is that correct ?

he is using alchemist mark, so it can be 0.3 sec uber pumped poison and mark will deal damage equals to 1 sec of it
