I believe companies are looking for customers as well as opinions on their products and services, so when they know you could be a potential customer, they prefer you. Not always but it does work. I also sign up for many websites because I get rejected on most surveys daily.

I suggest you go to the first email you received after signing up, the one that confirms your account and details, and check to make sure if there's no spelling mistake at all, alternatively, contact support on help.ysense.com/hc/en-us/requests/new select "My account" and let them know about the issue. They respond fast and should be able to assist.

I really don't know but I wouldn't advise you to continue if it's no longer visible because it might have expired or completely discontinued. It might be a waste of time.
