My best advise is if it’s possible, get an FNB cheque account, it’s easier to connect with PayPal because the other banks gave me a lot of running around. And if it’s a saving account, it tends to decline the card, not sure why. But FNB made it so it can be easier when you have their bank account. Anyone, please assist. I see this quite edition a lot.

I used my green ID book and they approved it. Make sure you take the full picture of the whole ID, the picture must fit in the template they have put for you.

I actually did as well, I don't think it's a problem. What you shouldn't do is provide your actual ID to surveys you take, they give you a prolific ID which you usually copy and paste to the surveys, but not your actual South African ID

I’ve had a technical problem error, it was from my side and I wasn’t rewarded but the person conducting the survey was nice enough to message and ask what happened and they sent me the next survey straight on my email. I think it also depend on who is conducting the survey and where the technical error came from (your side or theirs).

@@QueenMagomani Yes on the Paypal side, the last I checked Paypal only partners with FNB in SA. And FNB wants you to have a cheque acc.
I had the same problem with my capitec card, so I increased my temporary limit the I was through..
