I was born and raised in remote Alaska and met my husband in 2020 when he came to work for my parents resort. We got married in the spring of 2023 and love sharing our life with you all.

Salina, was really surprised to see your name appear on my feed! Many years ago I flew through your village on your father’s plane on our way to Dan Salmon’s funeral! I was the Air Force guy in charge of the cleanup of big mountain at lake Iliamna! I’m sure I met you then but you were a little girl! I always thought a lot of your dad and he ran a nice bush airline! Your village is a special place!

Thank you for the video. Large family so we planted a fairly large garden - lots of potatoes. Remember helping mom clean them, peal them (at times). Those where the fun younger days of life. Mom is now 90 and we talk about our old huge garden. I was in charge of it, turning over the soil by hand. Weeding it etc. Miss those days of years passed. Goes by quicker then you thing. I'm still trying to wrap my head around what Salina shared with us not that long ago about her not reading comments anymore based on all the hateful and rude things people would say...Really ?? About Salina ?? This to me is just another sign of some degree of emotional or mental illness that others suffer from that cause the need to be hurtful and cause pain in others...It makes me very mad but also sad there are so many miserable people out there that really need love, medication or perhaps both...I just wish Salina wouldn't take it to heart and that it's not personal...How could it be...She's so sweet and genuine...But I guess I do understand being overly sensitive and taking to heart what people say...Many of us do, including myself...Love You Salina...Don't EVER change 🫶
Seriously? I'm fairly new here but I think they are such a cute family, I enjoy watching her videos and boy they are tough people to have to deal with the arctic Temps and all that snow!! I'm from Illinois we get alot of snow but not like them!! It's on my bucket list to visit Alaska ❤❤

I wish Salina would read these messages to see how many wonderful things you all said about her. The sad truth is it only takes one nasty one to erase the good ones. It makes me wonder what type of person is so horrible that they feel its ok to say mean things about someone they watched on a video, they really don't even know her. Can you imagine being that person that can only feel good about themselves by being a hateful nasty person to people. I guess when you have no friends and nobody can stand you, you have nothing to lose. So they are hateful towards people who are sweet and caring. I just wish people could see those type of people are nothing and will never amount to anything because they are just nasty, and they don't define you. You Salina are sweet and amazing. They only tear you down because they are jealous. Never stop being you

Asking someone if they are having children is very disrespectful. Please respect their privacy. For those who are unable to have children or are having fertility issues , it is very hurtful/ painful for them when people ask this question. I am not saying they are having any problems, just asking the question in general -- keep in mind, they have been married for less than a year. They need to get to know each other before bringing another person into their family. If / when they choose to / or are able to have a child and they want to share, they will share...
