This is a very enjoyable project to code-along! However for 2023 it should be in Kotlin, Compose. Dagger/Hilt and using Room Database instead of raw SQLITE. That would make this so much easier. As I am am coding along, I am doing it with the modern tools and it is so much easier (so far, anyway, up to the first hour).

its easy he used some healthcare details and store it in a list and the other stored data such as client inscription and the card and other table (i forgot the table title) he stored it using Sqlite so he done a really great work there

Why are you using java and XML in 2023? Edit: Ahh now i see. Judging from having access only to maximum API level 30 in your android studo, I guess this video tutorial is between 2 and 2.5 years old.
on every time change in database, it would be affected after deleting previous db file, also we have option to check database record in sqlite browser by exporting db

The ID's are remaining same when you copy the xml files. So make sure that all the ID's should be different

Front end means all the XML code done that is all the one that only End Users can see(user interface) while Back End means our main code
