Well, you've a new subscriber. Motocheezes video was posted literally within hours of me doing a jd jet kit. But, I'm still interested in using this carb. If that stl makes it to thingiverse, I'd prolly go with that carb. Don't want things half-a$$ed on my bike.
It’s made of PETG and has great impact and vibration resistant properties. It’s the kind of plastic used in water-bottles. I have used many printed parts (check out my DIY doubletake mirror build video) for years now and they put up with a great amount of wear and tear and abuse
There must be a lot of snow down there,I was riding my bike yesterday for a couple of hrs,not much snow left here and it was +6 and sunny.
We got a huge dump of it this week :(

I have faith in your welding to reassemble the exhaust!! If you need to. 8:50 sounds a little windy. Sounds good!!
Sticking with Stock for now... keeping an eye out for an extra stocker to cut up.
