I actually worked on the first game =] really makes me happy people are still discovering and enjoying it to this day. Used to drive my gf at the time nuts cause all I wanted to do was play that game hehe. Didn't work on the sequel, just wanted out of the industry XD but I can say it's pretty solid. I do like the first one a lot better but I'm a bit biased lol.

You know,replaying dishonored i just realize how carefully developers put their works in this game,art,lore,design,colour,gameplay,mechanic. This is the first time i fell in love with game
This is one of those games that basically has infinite replayability. It's just a matter of setting up your own rules about what kind of person the character is. Is he a psychopath, hidden in plain sight, sweet on only a select few, ruthless and barbaric on others? Is he a consummate believer in second chances? Does he abhor murder? Do the events slowly change him? Do they not? etc. All up to the player. Few games can manage a perfect score.
I've been playing games since Pitfall in the 80's, nothing even comes close to the impact this game had on me for some reason. The visuals, voice acting, art style, music, characters, everything. I don't even know how many times I've played through it but it's a ridiculous number. I still sat & watched this entire thing, you're on a whole different level sir.

Sparing Daud is a Peculiar decision. SG is a complete marvel of power, a master technician. Maybe he wants to have others he can relate to footing around the planet being complete badasses. Maybe he just didn’t have a super cool and interesting way to kill Daud given the terrain of that busted balcony 😂 . Regardless, it’s fascinating to leave Daud breathing. You freaking rule dude!
One of the best 1 person stealth game ever made or even the best of all, no new game it's comparable, even Dead Loop the spiritual successor of the series can't beat it, simply a master piece.
This is without a doubt, my favorite game series to ever exist. This is coming from someone who grew up playing banjo kazooie, buck bumble, ocarina of time, chameleon twist... There have been countless universes made in video games, but this one feels the closest to being an actual living, BREATHING, world. You go find a rabdom room, in a burned down building on the side of the map, no normal human would ever think to explore there, and yet they write a story into the area, just based off context clues, maybe some text... It was easily 10's of hours of work for something only 1% of people would see, but it's consistently EVERYWHERE. This is what happens when you put your heart and soul into something. Bravo, Arkane studios. I dont blame them all for how Red Fall happened... It was the investors / higher ups that RUINED that game from the get go...

A few days ago i finally finished this game, it's a masterpiece, no mission felt like filler.
It's in fact great to see more Dishonored here! The first one is the masterpiece.
