Amazing indeed ! She dug her own clay, hand-built her containers, created her kiln, etc., and did it all WITHOUT gloves. Fantastical!!!!!! I would love to have a natural water-source, such as hers.
That's the same thing I thought. Was it dug or an existing spring ? Super nice
if you can dig down 25-50 ft you should hit enough ground water to do anything that you need to do... the trick is how to dig down that far..

Sandy soil and clay soil .the sand helps it stop cracking when it's fired to make pot hard
