Yep, the song is about toxic possessiveness. About becoming so obsessed with a relationship that you forget there's another person on the other side of it, and you almost objectify them as a thing you want to keep rather than a human being to meet halfway.
First time I noticed, after many viewings, but it looks that she had one of her typical Tourette's tics, at 3:30, as she was walking away from the other dancer, where she shakes her head back and rolls her eyes up and to the side. If it was, and not choreographed, and they kept it in the video, then it was brilliant because it is part of her and she should not have to hide it. If they choreographed a Tourette's-like move into the dance, then that was also brilliant.
As a few people said, this was choreographed by Stromae. If you haven't before, check out Papaoutai. It has amazing choreography and a really deep subject matter. It's in French but the official video has an English subtitle option.

I really enjoy the artistic appreciation in your analysis, and I have yet to come across a not-brilliant song by Billie. Not even a “nice” or “good enough”. Nope. Every. Single. One. Is brilliant. I don’t know how her and Finneas do it. Sure, they’ve said that their favourite approach to songs tends to start with a concept first (while being open to approaching songs any which way) but it still blows my mind. Every. Single. Song. 🤯

They’re exploring new territory of brilliance in the multidisciplinary bridging of different forms of art, while also being actually recognised for that brilliance by their contemporaries - critically, creatively, conceptually... in my humble opinion as someone with a fine art and art history background.
