Love Billie, had her first EP on repeat ~forever~ and actually bought high quality headphones so i could properly appreciate the vocals and weird production stuff. Theres an attitude to "dont smile at me" that still sucks me in.

I just listened to your entire library of Billie - I'm in my 40's, yet when you hear great music (writing/producing/videos), age doesn't matter. There are a couple of songs that I don't resonate with, but for the most part, they're all great. I saw her in concert and WOW, that was an entirely amazing experience. Anyway, I just subscribed because I appreciate you giving your opinions/insight. One of my favorite songs she sang live on BBC Radio 1, was "End of the World". Yeah you got it, it's about a toxic relationship in a sense, very possessive, very co dependent which i think the video showed in a beautiful artistic way. I think some of the dancing kind of showcased arguments and fights, making up, then back to arguing again etc. Also her at the end using "her webs" to keep him there for ever with her.

Thanks for doing this - I know you've had a mixed reaction to Billie's video's - loving some and preferring live shows to others - e.g. "All the Good girls go To hell" the AMA's; This, for me, is the one music video, which above all others accentuates or complements the song - it is necessary. The song, I believe is not about love, but obsession or "sick" love - wanting to absolutely control the other, make them a "hostage" - but it leaves Billie all alone in the end. If you have seen Drake's "Hotline Bling", you'll see where Billie got her idea for the stairs and perhaps also the colors in this video - I would highly recommend that video, but even more Billie's fabulous cover of Drake's Hotline Bling. Either the Lyric Video - 16 yr old Billie on the CLAUD channel [July 15, 2018] - ethereal, and beautiful or a LIVE CONCERT video with 16 yr old Billie on March 31, 2018 on the HAILEY [channel ] "Hotline Bling/Party Favor" - a really fun show where the audience and Billie are truly enjoying one another - the HOTLINE BLING part is not the extended version you get in the CLAUD lyric video, but it's still great. And knowing that you like live Billie, you'd love this brief 4:00 minute show. P.S. I hope you get better soon, too - say if you want to enjoy a HALLOWEEN classic by Billie - not for a reaction, but for a TREAT! - watch tonight Billie Sing "SALLY's SONG" for Danny Elfman's "A Nightmare Before Christmas" [Venom Channel, Oct 31 or Nov. 1, 2021; 19 year old Billie with the stage presence of a Marilyn Monroe] - believe me, if you watch this, you will see a Billie you haven't see before, and you will feel better.
