- Doing a shake down on the off-road abilities of the 1973 Jeep CJ5. This intermediate Cj5 has and Chevy 350, sm465, Dana 20, Dana 30 and Dana 44. Everything worked flawlessly with just minor tire rubbing all around.

Cool Jeep. I have a 72 w/304 and T18, geared and locked front and rear.
I have an old cj. The frame is a 63, the tub is a 79 fiberglass. It's got a small block 350, duel flow master, holly truck avenger carb.. wheels like a champ, never overheats and is old school awesome

Someday. I was hoping to just weld the rear end, but it’s got the old factory limited slip so I can’t do that.
I think a shroud would make a lot of deference .
That was on my list! But I sold the Jeep to a friend before I moved out of state
Can't wait to do some upgrades to my jeep wangler YJ. What size tires are you running? How do you like the Procomp xtreme mt2 tries? That's what I'm running on my jeep.
These were 33X12.5. I really liked them for a mild rig or light rig.
Does your cat always go off-roading with you? And which transfer case are you running with the twin sticks?
No, the cat doesn’t wheel with me, she went for a couple rides around my old property though. That transfer case was the Dana 20.
Hi love the CJ what type of glass packs are you running they sound good.
They are Jones Turbo Tubes I think. They look similar to a glasspack but are actually a chambered muffler
