It's made using a laser cutter and he cut out 2 pieces of acrylic and than he engraved those lines onto them, (with the laser cutter of course) he put small LEDs in the sword, I'm not sure what he made the handle out of but, you just buy a small button connect a battery to the LEDs the. You'll be done. Hope I helped :)
