Driving From The “Ave” To Wallingford For The Finest Poke Bowl Money Can Buy (In Seattle 😉)

Seattle Driving tour from University Way “The Ave” in the Univeristy District to Wallingford. I drive all the way north to Ravenna before heading back south on Roosevelt Way and then west in 45th Street to Wallingford. Once in Wallingford I stop by 45th Stop and Shop and Poke Bar. This mini market has some of the best poke bar around!

This video was great. Love this new camera. I used to work at UW so it was great to cruise the Ave with you. The combination of a driving video with the footage at the destination is interesting. GREAT VIDEO! I personally like you including the stoppages at the lights, as they are like little intermissions and give you a chance to catch up with your narration instead of having you rush too fast with the narration. Sometimes if you have to talk faster than usual, it can become less clear and harder to understand. I also loved this video as I was at the UW for 4 years 1974-78 and I grew up in the Ravenna neighborhood on NE68th and 26th NE! Great to see all the changes as I'm in California now!

Nice enjoyable ride Lao. It's been three years since I made a frequent trip down to Seattle from Vancouver and know the area your drove through well. The only somewhat surprising aspect of the drive was how desolate and vacant the lower Ave (40th to 44th) looks. Hope to make it down sometime in the Spring. Thanks.
