Only countries that are strong in terms of economy, social stability, and cultural quality can take it, so the best way to keep a developing country weak and unstable is to give it democracy. 35 years before, these students risked their lives to require democracy for their people, when CCP had bad record like cultural revolution. Comparing US campus now to 1989 Tiananmen?
They risked their lives, but who was killed? The US police captured these students who were demanding justice, so is there no difference between the US and Chinese governments? The Chinese government admitted their fault regarding the Cultural Revolution and included it in history textbooks. Now, let's talk about the massacre of Native Americans in the US. How do their descendants feel knowing their ancestors were subjected to such brutality?
@@musicwithimagine American students are even more pitiful, just simply supporting Palestine will be suppressed!
Spot on.
But, wait a minute, China swears this didn’t happen.
They only allow certain members of their ¢.50 army to know and comment about it in comments sections of news media outlets. When an independent creator does a video, short ,online essay etc. on it the subject the ¢.50 army attacks saying it did not happen. Now in CCP China this "never" happened and if you bring it up, let's just say good luck to ya mate.
And u have proof it did?

I came to Hunan, China as a farmer. I am very grateful to these powerful, democratic, free and civilized countries and the righteous people of all countries for speaking out for the Chinese people! As a Chinese, I can't do anything at all. I can only tell my friends and relatives what happened on June 4th. I am very sad to live in such a ruling system! Many Chinese people can't see the truth at all. Chinese people have been brainwashed since childhood. The news information that Chinese people see is all fed by the government! They don't understand the real situation at all. They are powerless in the face of such an environment and there is no way to change it!

China is lucky to stop this color revolution.
@kaowang-xs1vb Democracy is a heavy dose of medicine with potent side effects. Only countries that are strong in terms of economy, social stability, and cultural quality can take it, so the best way to keep a developing country weak and unstable is to give it democracy. Deng knew China was not ready for democracy yet, and he knew exactly why certain governments in the west were so eager to force feed democracy to China (just like what they did again a few years ago to Hong Kong), so he made a choice that was most beneficial to the country.
