Great review of the Toyota Prius Brian, You did great in pointing out all external and internal features, and brought to light most of the saling points. Nice review and interesting video full of beneficial information. Best wishes brother, from Egypt 🇪🇬. Peace ✌️
So I just came home with my new Camry and the dealer said they don't make Prius anymore. I wasn't living under a rock. The dealer told me so. Anyway... Another elephant in the room would be to consider what is going on with the dash. I know the new dash in my Camry is a prerequisite for the car to start. If that is broken then it is an expensive replacement. The camry has a pocket for laying in the phone to be charged as you drive. But there is also a terms of service agreement that gives the car access to your phone in effectively limitless ways. It is easy to believe that connecting your phone would be accepting terms that the car can now copy and store an image of your phone. And that nice charging pocket would make you not notice how much power the car is using on your battery to harvest data. Are Toyota cars virtual copies of the cell phone that connect to the car? What data can be recovered from the car? All text history? All calls? All web site visits and app usage? If my wife connects her phone to my car then do I legally own a copy of my wife's phone? Can I sell the car without passing that data to the buyer? Does scrubbing the car of all data require replacing the panel system in the dash?
Thanks for the video - yours are always so well done and honest. I think this is a great look for the new Prius, personally. I owned the previous gen and this is looking like a lot cooler car 😂 Currently owning a RAV4 prime I can say that the 40 mile range really does allow you to drive like an electric car almost all the time unless you have a long commute. Type 1 charge ours every night and it’s fully charged every morning!

No spare tire, no prices on the higher models which I assume has more stuff. Adaptive cruise control for one. Spare tire.
