Hi Helder, your problem seems to be from the very high temperatures, i had same problem on one piston with that broken skirt under the rings, try to get a better water cooling and try to use continuously the cooling fans runing on radiator while you racing, dont know your EGT's but it shouldnt cross over 950° celsius. On the other hand you use nitrous and i dont know if you did let the extra dilatation room when you bore the block, that is needed when you run nitrous oxide and use the engine on extreme racing conditions.
Hi mate the bore on the engine is bigger than the normal engines I built for road use because if is to tight will sized on the first ron I have apend before
Os pistões estão a falhar onde tem menos suporte para os segmentos ou seja na zona do pino, um pistão forjado com algum suporte extra nessa zona resolveria esse problema. E está com aspecto esse novo aileron
Seen high nitrous use do this, due to ring gap tolerance being to small. May be in spec and fine for normal / fast road stuff but you are alittle more demanding. Bigger the gap the more blow by, so it's a balancing act. Looking forward to seeing you next season.
I was going to say same thing, for drag racing with NOS its better to have more gap on the rings, the blowby can be a bit but the gains and reliability is the key. Dalhe Forte Helder! da folga a esses segmentos e gas para cima!
Just a quest... when you full the cylinders of oil, in my case i put diesel fuel, it's normal that all the cylinders goes empty when over past a day? Or if it's good it's suposed to hold always the liquid... (oil or diesel fuel)..?? Thanks Helder!! 😎😎👍💪💪💪
Yes its normal to go down, but they have to go down down at the same time. of one goes faster than the other ones, that means there is something wrong with it.

Também reparei nisso agora mesmo. Vai melhorar o coeficiente de arrasto do carro, ou seja, vais sentir menos resistência do vento em altas velocidades, o que se traduz num aumento de velocidade no mesmo espaço percorrido que resulta num menor tempo a percorrer esse espaço. Poderá não ser nada notório já, mas uns ajuste aqui, outros ali, e breve ganhas décimos de segundo sólidos. Continua com o projeto. Força nisso 🚙🚙🚙💨💨💨💪💪💪

I think u need to put more ring gap! Maybe the rings expanded and got squished which got them fat in some places and destroyed the ring lands
