Thanks for posting this helpful video. I had one bulb go out and went to BMW and they wanted to charge $107 for the bulb and the installation! What a joke. So i just bought the buld and watched your video and in 3 minutes I was done.
So thank you for saving me a hundred bucks!!

Dude I have a 2012 X5 with a break light bulb out was going crazy trying to figure out how to remove the light assembly to replace because I didn’t want to put it in the shop I just paid $700 to have a starter replaced and trying not to break myself more with a damn bulb replacement. Now I can do this with no worries for about $7 thanks

A great post was very helpful. Most vids show the turnout white dial but not on a 2012 BMW X-5. Looks so complicated but very easy to repair thanks again!!
