Thank you for these more technical talks that actually explain the mechanisms behind why the diet works to treat cancer, epilepsy and other conditions

So many simultaneous diverse and fruitful lines of inquiry in your work Dom. You are a true inspiration and the best in your field by far.
By living the example with your diet, and by showing the world your facility and brilliance with this broad array of exquisitely detailed metabolic science you set the example for the next generation of nutritional scientists and investigators of the complexities of metabolism.
I would love to see you publish an anti-aging protocol. I would follow it until the day I died, which would undoubtedly be more distant than if I did not.
Looking forward to more of your work getting out and your Nobel prize acceptance speech :-)

Id love to know whether the divers were fully keto adapted or in a temporary state of ketosis as full keto adaptation brings about metabolic shifts that would not be present prior to full adaptation.A study comparing fully keto adapted subjects ,those in temporary ketosis and those utilizing exogenous ketones would be fascinating .Great talk.

Are you suggesting that feeding ketones in a high volume to humans could stop epilepsy altogether. and take people off drugs?
Replace drugs with high volume of ketones?

After 12 minutes I have no idea where this talk is going. He seems like a reseacher who does not know how to slightly dumb down a talk even for other doctors.

Xkguy: as Peter Attia mentioned about dumbing down talks, that he gave/gives " if it were to be dumbed down the talk would take me more time, which I am already short of, and the talk would take two times longer to explain. If you find some interest and it sounds like you want to learn more of what I'm presenting you will and should take the time, research and effort to learn about the key points you do not comprehend. "
      That made sense.
I am one (like yourself) that has to take (my) time to learn what I don't understand.
